FOR YOUR PROTECTION and OURS

Silver State Ford Parts has had to tighten our company policy regarding Internet Transactions.  Orders of $500 and over are Subject to phone verification.  (Please provide us with a valid daytime phone number in which to reach you should verification be required.  The order will not be processed without it.)  Contact our Internet Parts Specialists for more information at partsmgr@gaudinford.com.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

CHECK OUT POLICY

Your confirmation email will include your order number and the items you’ve requested.  It is important to retain the order number for future reference in the event that you have any questions.

VIN REQUIREMENT

We are striving for 100% accuracy on all orders we receive.  To help us achieve this goal, please include your VIN number when placing your order.  If your order does NOT include the VIN, there will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on the parts ordered! All other returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

OVERSIZE ITEMS

Including all body parts and or interior pieces, require extra shipping charges due to weight and dimensions.  We will contact you by e-mail to inform you of oversize or heavy part shipping charges. Your order may be delayed if we do not hear back from you in a timely manner.   

PART AVAILABILITY

Not all discontinued and/or older parts are available for immediate shipment.  Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts.  There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts.  They are considered “Final Sale.”

SPECIAL ORDERS

Some parts may need to be special ordered as they may not be in-stock and or readily available for immediate shipment.  Special order parts are not returnable.
