While we can take orders 24/7 our Internet Sales Department is only staffed Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time. We will do our best to respond to your message the same day. However, messages left after 3:00PM may not be answered until the following morning and messages left over the weekend will be returned on Monday.

 

If you must speak to a Parts Specialist call 1-800-532-0819 between the hours of 8:00AM & 5:00PM PST Monday thru Friday. If the phone goes to voice mail please either wait a few minutes and call back or send us an e-mail. Due to the high long-distance costs we will be unable to return your calls. We are doing our best to answer the phones but there are only four of us and at times we recieve more calls than we can handle. After 5:00PM PST and during the weekend please leave e-mails.
